Hospice Series 5 – Greater Individualized Performance: Regulatory and Financial Implications of GIP Care Webinar

Attendees will be able to better interpret the compliance requirements surrounding the hospice GIP level of care and how to avoid issues that have led to increased regulatory scrutiny and the increased financial penalties related to non-compliance or misuse of GIP care.

Attendees will gain a better ability to interpret the compliance requirements surrounding the hospice GIP level of care and how to avoid issues that have led to increased regulatory scrutiny.  An outline of best practice methods for determining patient appropriateness for the hospice GIP level of care and auditing tools will be shared for providers to take back to their teams.  Furthermore, attendees will be able to cite examples of effective coordination of the complex care and planning required to implement the GIP level of care with patients, families/caregivers, and community partners.
