MAC Legacy is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Title: Mastering the OASIS Functional Assessment Items
Requirements for Successful Completion:
To receive contact hours for this continuing education activity, the participant must:
- Sign-in on the attendance sheet
- Be present for the entire activity
- Complete and submit the Activity Evaluation and the Certificate of Successful Completion
Once successful completion has been verified, the “Certificate of Successful Completion” will be awarded for 3.0 contact/clock hours.
The learning outcome for this educational activity is to enhance the knowledge of the home health registered nurse and other agency clinicians in accurate and consistent scoring for the OASIS functional items. This information is in an effort to ensure accurate scoring and assessments resulting in best care practices for patients. Outcomes will be evidenced by the learner’s self-reported achievement on the Provider-Directed Evaluation Tool.
