This service will integrate time-sensitive changes into your tools, to help ensure compliance for your agency needs.
$100 a month or $1200 a year

- 2 Annual Hours of Consulting – Use this PRN service throughout the year. Consulting Hours may be used at any time after purchase and expire at end of each Subscription Year ($500 value)
- 2 Annual Hours of Education – State Survey Readiness/Regulatory Update, Quality/Compliance Topic ($500 value)
- Access to the MAC Legacy Inside Wire which contains monthly hot topics that will provide you with clarification/simplification of regulatory changes, industry insight, and other relevant topics
- In addition to policies and procedures, forms and compliance tools will be updated as regulations change (For Example: EPP, QAPI and Admission documents)
***Updates to Policy and Procedure contained in subscription service meet regulatory guidance specific to the category ordered. State-specific policies (when available) will continue to be compliant with both the specific state and federal regulations. Federal policies will contain only federal regulatory guidance. Updates will go out as regulatory changes are released.
