The implementation of the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) changes the world once again for home care.  Every individual and system within an agency will be affected.  Individuals attending this session will learn how this system will affect care planning from visit frequency to discipline selection and function. We will discuss how the agency must change to be successful. Attendees will gain understanding of how agencies can successfully manage RCD requirements with PDGM to ensure adequate, timely reimbursement.  Come and see how customer service, billing and episode management can work together to win with both PDGM and RCD.  Successful management of your staff will be critical in the midst of all the changes.
