Understanding the Changes to HHVBP and HHQRP for 2025

The 2024 home health final rule will bring significant changes to quality and reporting as they relate to Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP), Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) items, and Home Health Quality Reporting Program (HH QRP). This session will break down the details of the rule regarding proposed new measures and changes to existing measures, including updates to specific OASIS items, HHVBP, and quality reporting.
