Bobbie Warner, Senior Education Consultant with MAC Legacy has 30 years of CHAP experience. She began her experience with “boots on the ground” care provision in private duty, home health, and hospice. As her career progressed, this sound clinical experience provided a strong foundation for later roles of Administrator, Educator, and Quality Improvement Coordinator in all three of these essential service lines.
The past 9 years have been spent working from the ground up with CHAP. Roles held in those years included surveyor, Director of Accreditation, Director of Education and Clinical Nurse Educator.
She has been instrumental in making a positive impact in the realm of community-based services. Her primary focus has been ensuring compliance through education. This continues to be a primary motivation at this time with the desire to provide support for small to midsize organizations and/or consulting teams. Her experience has given her understanding of the specific challenges in resources for these organizations to develop and implement robust education.
