Jeremy is a child of the late 70’s whose personality crosses several generational divides due to his close relationship with three younger brothers and little sister (gen X, gen Y and millennial). He grew up in Lubbock and Denton, TX, then attended college in Abilene, TX where he played soccer and graduated with an education degree in two teaching fields, physical education and computer science. His loves in life are Jesus, his family and friends, helping people live out their passions and achieve their dreams, healthy competition and craft beer.
Jeremy has been an integral part of the team since 1999 and has been responsible for many areas of IT within the organization, ranging from support technician, systems analyst, IT Director, EVP of Technology to his most recent role as CIO. Throughout his years serving the home health and hospice industry, Jeremy has discovered his passion for utilizing technology to enhance the lives of others, especially those that provide direct patient care.
In addition to leading a successful IT team, some of Jeremy’s experiences have included optimization projects in centralized coding, telehealth, EMR, point of care, accounting, AP and others. Jeremy maintain oversight of all IT functions and processes for the MAC Legacy line of services by working with the team to develop improved standards that simplify the complicated problems for clients and staff.
